Process Planner

**Description**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Creation of site assembly concept, procurement of offers, project resources planning and budgets estimations
- Conduct site inspection meeting with customers, check the Safety conditions on site and create hazards analysis (Method Statement Risk Assessment)
- Performing of all administrative activities in the installation department in order to support the installation management and project team.
- Tool management: tracking and dispensing of tools, maintenance and servicing planning, performing collective inspections, inspection documentation and new procurements
- Ensure that the installation works are in accordance with quality requirements
- Knowledge of - and commitment to - health & safety procedures in the workplace
- Set-up and develop and support the project structure and responsibilities on-site and supervise the project according to the health and safety regulations as required
- Support estimating department on installation offer cost evaluation
- Conduct eventual site inspections

**Your profile**:

- Qualified mechanical or electrical education with Technical or Engineering degree
- Minimum 10 Years working experience on construction site
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and; French or German
- Knowledge of any other language is a benefit
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- We expect social competences and teamwork
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong company spirit
