**About the role**
Fantastic entry level opportunity for an ambitious and goal-oriented young professional. We are looking for an outspoken, frank, and open junior staff to join my client - leader in alternative asset servicing to join their Transfer Agency Team as a Private Equity Investor Relations Admin. In this role you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. You will be responsible for communication and building effective working relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent.
- You will communicate with investors and internal teams to ensure smooth running of the service.
- Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- You will process and confirm transactions and payments.
**Profile**
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Degree educated.
- Experience in private equity is a plus.
- Fluent English - written and spoken.
**Offer**
- 30 days of holidays.
- Office in the city centre of Luxembourg.
- Hybrid work scheme - 2 days home + 3 days office.
- Base salary + bonus + Lunch Vouchers.
