- Coordinating and facilitating communication among the team, external parties, and notaries to ensure the timely execution and delivery of legal documents. This includes obtaining extracts from the trade registry or beneficial ownership registry, as well as the legalization of documents. Additionally, ensuring the maintenance of corporate documents and records, such as signatory lists and trade register information, to keep them current.
- Reviewing, organizing, and managing the storage of all corporate documents, whether in electronic format or physical copies. This also involves archiving any written correspondence with regulatory authorities.
- Efficiently planning and overseeing board meetings and other gatherings, including the preparation, signing, and distribution of any associated documentation.
- Drafting straightforward corporate documents like circular resolutions and termination letters.
- Compiling and presenting documents comprehensively to address both external and internal requests for documentation, such as RFPs and KYC requests.
- Collaborating closely with the relevant teams within the Management Company to maintain, update, and record policies and procedures.- Knowledge in Corporate Law-
