**Your mission**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product/Service Owner to lead the development and management of our Load Test squad. You will oversee our corporate Load Test service, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the service, aligning it with the strategic objectives of the public administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Squad Vision and Strategy**:

- Improve existing Load Test service functionality based on stakeholder requirements.
- Develop a clear and compelling vision for Load Test service aligned with the goals and objectives of the public administration.
- Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap that outlines the evolution of the service over time.- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Technical Architects, Developers, Information System owners and Business Owners, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders within the public administration to ensure the Load Test service meet their requirements.
- Promote the Load Test service across various departments and teams within the organization via “Office hours” and other communication channels.- Product Development and Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end Load Test service development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance.
- Work closely with development and architecture teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and impact.
- Track evolving load testing methodologies and tools across the industry, adopting relevant practices to enhance Load Test service offering.
- Maintain and manage Load Test service infrastructure in accordance with organizational requirements and standards.- Load Test Campaigns Execution:

- Guide customers in planning and executing load test campaigns tailored to their specific requirements.
- Advise customers on recommended architectural changes based on test campaign results.- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for Load Test service and regularly monitor and report on its performance.
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance service efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.- Security and Compliance:

- Collaborate with security experts to ensure service adhere to industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure a secure load test environments.- Documentation:

- Review and approve documentation prepared by the architects, including technical specifications, user guides, and service operational procedures related to the service.**Your profile**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in a similar context.
- Proven experience in designing and supporting managed services.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, databases, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of public cloud basics (AWS).
- Strong understanding of LoadRunner Professional and LoadRunner Cloud or similar products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe process and principles.
- Good understanding of DevOps or DevSecOps principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with public administration processes and requirements is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- EU citizenship.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
