**Legal internship - Corporate M&A - Starting in September 2025 (M/F/x)**

**Department Purpose**
Our Corporate M&A team is at the forefront of providing exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. With a strong focus on transactional work, we advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
**Training Contract**
A six-month internship contract in our Corporate M&A department starting in September 2025 which is covered by an internship agreement.
**What we look for**
We are seeking individuals currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction. You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, gap year, or your PPI at the French Bar (this is not a CCDL traineeship)
You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Banking and Finance law
Fluent in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages, as you will work on international matters.
