Job Summary The Corporate & Compliance Officer plays a vital role in supporting the company's legal and compliance functions. Key responsibilities include managing KYC and AML processes, organizing corporate meetings, and performing administrative duties to ensure compliance with Luxembourg legislation. This position is on-site in Luxembourg.Job description

**Responsibilities**:
**Assistance Tasks for Internal and Outsourcing KYC Formalities**
- Conduct preliminary research to assess prospective clients (KYC) and prepare recommendations for decision-making.
- Perform administrative tasks related to establishing client relationships.
- Prepare, verify, organize, and update KYC documentation for clients.
- Compile KYC files for submission to relevant internal authorities.
- Monitor KYC files and organize their periodic review according to internal procedures.

**Execution of AML Updates for Banks and Assistance in Company Creation if Necessary**
- Prepare documentation for opening bank accounts.
- Draft documents for extraordinary general meetings.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders.

**Preparation of General Meetings (AG) and Board Meetings (CA)**
- Gather information, documents, and reports for organizing general meetings and board meetings.
- Ensure the publication of annual accounts and the filing of necessary documents with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS).

**Drafting and Administrative Tasks of the Department**
- Update existing documents and maintain the digital database.
- Manage correspondence and client inquiries.
- Print, scan, and store legal and AML-related documents.
- Monitor deadlines and create schedules for AML-related tasks.
- Verify the proper execution of documents.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bac +2 in law, economics, or secretarial studies.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in a law firm, bank, or fiduciary.
- **Languages**: Fluent in French and English is a must (other languages are a plus).

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Initiative and ability to work effectively in a team.
