**We are seeking a**
**Manager**

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data-driven solutions and the international tax advice organizations need to succeed. We connect the dots between the insights we uncover and the tangible ways those insights can transform clients' organizations.

**What you will be working on**
- Join our specialized tax team dealing with financial services
- Provide consulting services to our financial sector clients (banking, investment funds and insurance industry)
- Proactively manage a portfolio of national and international clients
- Play an important role in the further development of our tax practice
- Develop your own client portfolio and build excellent client relationships
- Be responsible for supervising and coaching the team
- Seek business development opportunities in relation to new and/or existing clients.

**What we look for**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in taxation and in a similar position
- Solid knowledge in Luxembourg corporate tax legislation. Experience and knowledge in banking and/or asset management will be considered as an advantage
- A Master's degree in Economics or Law, preferably with a major in tax
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, knowing how to manage a team and to coach junior staff
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives or projects and work autonomously when required
- Strong analytical skills allowing to quickly understand a problem, to identify solutions and key success factors.
- Fluency in both English, German and/or French (Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage).
