**Your missions**

As** a Fund Accountant**, you will:
Manage the full accounting cycle for alternative funds, holding companies, and SPVs, including NAV calculations, financial statements, and cash reconciliations

Oversee capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting

Liaise with clients, shareholders, and service providers to ensure accurate regulatory and client reporting (AIFM law, AML compliance, etc.)

Support board meeting preparation, liquidity management, and compliance exception monitoring

Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to maintain a high-quality service level and ensure compliance with Luxembourg legal and tax requirements

**Your ideal profile**:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a first experience in fund accounting/bookkeeping

Good knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, and IPEV guidelines

Familiarity with Luxembourg investment laws and the AIFM framework

Strong numerical and analytical skills, structured and reliable work approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; willing to learn new systems

Very good level of English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage
