**ROLE OVERVIEW**
**PURPOSE OF JOB**
The role holder will be required to administer a client portfolio, under the supervision of a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager or given Line Manager. They should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's portfolio, including risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Provide a full range of corporate services for a diversified portfolio of clients in the Real Estate and Private Equity industry.
- Execute administrative duties related to the CoSec & domiciliary agent function within the timescales set and agreed under the guidance of more senior colleagues.
- Liaise with notaries, lawyers, banks, external auditors and external parties in connection to the legal documentation.
- Draft minutes, resolutions, agreements and documentation and ensure follow-up of all procedures both before and after signature of legal documents.
- Follow up with the clients to ensure the receipt of necessary documentation.
- File and record all legal documentation as required by Luxembourg Law.
- Support and assist the corporate secretariat team on their day-to-day missions (e.g. collecting signature, organise parcel deliveries, opening bank accounts, compliance matters etc.).
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a similar position.
- Able to fluently communicate in English, in writing and verbally; French / German or other languages knowledge are an asset.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the contractual and statutory obligations related to Luxembourg Law.
- Able to prioritise, pay attention to detail and to get on with others as a team player.
- Demonstrate motivation, enthusiastic approach, good organisational capabilities and excellent client service attitude and proactivity.
