Testing Specialist

**Duties & Role**:
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze test scenarios, prepare test cases, and clarify results.
- Create automated test suites and prepare test lines for automation where applicable.
- Coordinate and lead testing activities for deliverables from other teams.
- Identify risks and propose improvements to testing methodologies and tools.
- Maintain quality plans and ensure regular and accurate reporting.
- Use project management tools and communicate test results to responsible stakeholders.
- Tasks to be performed near-site in Luxembourg, with a minimum of 3 days per week on premises.
**Skill, Knowledge & Experience**:
- Solid technical knowledge in testing, test design techniques, and market tools.
- Experience with at least one test methodology.
- Familiarity with best practices such as Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL, PM2, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and teamwork in international settings.
- Ability to identify deviations and work objectively with a service-oriented mindset.
**Mandatory Experience and Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- At least 3 years of experience in IT testing.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent experience.
- C1 level in English or French, with at least B2 level in the other language.
