**What you will do**:
Withing the segment transversal organization COO, CDO and safety we are looking for a WCM & Maintenance Coach for our CTO Maintenance & Reliability team:
This role consists in:

- WCM expertise and coaching of clusters: with support of a senior WCM coach already in the team, coaching for the method and audits (coordination of planning and assessment grid) especially for autonomous maintenance activity.
- Maintenance & ARMP expertise: interface with PMM with role of coaching, challenging, support,and follow up of clusters' performances (reliability R&M costs, challenge quality & quantity of reliability REXs, ARMP levels strategy, internal and external audits strategy,)

**Team working**
- Being able to work in an environment with direct and indirect (functional) reporting team members.
- Cooperation with similar teams in different sites across Europe in order to implement the ARMP business model, support and challenge as well the teams.

**Your profile**:
Engineering Background, at least 5 years of experience in maintenance preferably in the steel industry.

Working knowledge of English language and preferably with a WCM and maintenance background.

Computer experience required: MS Office, SAP-PM, SAP-MM knowledge is a must.
