**_Training Manager_**

We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative and ambitious professional to build up our training management function. Being part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting our various Business units and people development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible to delivering, organizing and monitor the soft skills training activities within Luxair to ensure consistency and efficiency of the whole soft skills training catalog.
- Provide support to the decentralized technical training to ensure that Business Unit are working according to the best practices.
- Be involved in designing and delivering training
- Be the go-to person to collect Business Units’ needs (in collaboration with dedicated HR Business Partners), build training programs, find external providers and train internal trainers, to provide effective up/re-skilling for people leaders / managers and employees.
- In close collaboration with HR Business Partners, take different sources of formalised feedback to identify areas of improvement that can help to strengthen people and organizational development.
- Identify key talent metrics that actively measure the impact of solutions implemented, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
- Working in collaboration with the HRIS team to improve the LMS.
- Support other projects and initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering, within the HR organization as they arise.

**Skills and Experience**
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a prior experience with training management and teaching in a large organization
- Show strong project and process management skills
- Bring deep knowledge of the local market of training providers
- Show a high consulting and consultative approach and be able to influence at all levels of an organization
- Bring excellent social skills and high emotional intelligence
- Strong organization skills, a detail-orientation and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Able to navigate between strategic and tactical topics, adapting short and long term priorities in a fast changing environment
- Show excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to confidently communicate with all levels of leadership
- Be collaborative, action-oriented and results-driven
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Master the regular IT tools and able to develop and use new IT interfaces and concepts
- Fluent in English and French, any other language being an asset
