**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the daily operations of the rebate management system, including the setup and processing of rebates, refunds, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all rebate management processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded
- Monitor and analyse rebate trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, escalations, and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
**Required Experience and Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in funds and/or rebate management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing a team of analysts and customer service representatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Excellent English (both verbal and written) skills, French is a distinct advantage
**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- Knowledge of rebate management software and databases is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
