**Senior Compliance Officer/Administrator : The Function**

- Actively participate and be a key team member in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of tailored compliance and regulatory services offered to Fund and Corporate client's entities
- Assisting management with maintaining good relationships with the regulator (CSSF)
- Providing regular reporting to the board of directors on compliance related matters
- Conducting tests of internal controls and procedures to ensure that risks are being managed appropriately
- To present information, such as Enforcement Notices, updates and Sanctions Lists, to the relevant board of directors
**Senior Compliance Officer/Administrator : Your Profile**

- You hold a Bachelor degree in Law, Corporate Law, Economie Law or a related discipline
- Being fluent in English, French is a strong asset
- At least 4-5 years' experience in the Luxembourg financial service industry with a good understanding of AML-CFT / KYC framework
- Experience in the corporate services and depositary industry is a plus
- Be a team player, able to work with staff at all levels
- Ability to demonstrate strong research, analytical and reporting skills;
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication relationship skills
- Be a motivated self-starter with drive and initiative.
