Education Portfolio Manager, Career Choice

Experience in program or project management - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- to large-scale projects that are business critical, and may be global in nature. May lead other program managers and team members for large projects - Recommend improvements to the way our programs are scoped, built, and deployed - Make smart trade-offs (e.g., time vs. effort vs. deliverables) and create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria - Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks - Develop others through mentoring, providing constructive feedback to more junior PMs
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience leading process improvements
- Related experience in postsecondary education, vocational education and training, workforce development, and/or business development with recruiters for early career talent
- Business Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish
