In this role, you will be a trusted business partner engaging with senior business stakeholders, internal support teams, and external stakeholders to provide a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include distributor onboarding, distributor communications, and coordinating the delivery of investor reporting. You will oversee third-party vendors such as fund administrators, auditors, and depositaries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support client onboarding and the operational aspects of the client lifecycle. Additionally, you will monitor fund administration, including NAV production and interactions with depositaries or AIFMs, while communicating directly with a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, internal investment teams, legal, tax, finance, and marketing.- What you offer
- At least 5 years of experience in client services within the asset management industry, investor relations, or a client-facing role at a fund administrator.
- Experience with private/public market funds with a focus on wealth clients.
- Fund administration (TA/FA) experience within the asset management industry, including semi-liquid fund valuations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong business writing and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure, stay organised and diligent, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience working on automation and/or digitalisation efforts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
