**HR Manager (3-Month Fixed Term Contract / Contract for Service, with Possibility to be Extended)**:
Are you passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employees throughout their journey? As an HR Manager at FE fundinfo, you will play a key role in advising managers, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR processes that empower our teams across Europe.
**Your key responsibilities as an HR Manager will include**:
- Providing HR support and advice to managers in Luxembourg and France on legal, compliance, compensation, and benefits matters
- Providing support to managers in the objectives set up cycle
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, including handling employee relations and coaching managers on best practices.
- Leading and participating in both local and global HR projects based on business needs and strategic initiatives.
- Driving and promoting a positive people culture through engagement activities, including community days and team-building events.
- Ensuring HR policies and processes are implemented effectively while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Manager**:
- You will have proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally working with remote teams.
- You should have strong stakeholder management skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You will need fluency in both French and English to support a diverse workforce across multiple regions.
