Depositary Banking

**The Financial Engineering and Structured Products Department is providing depositary solutions and agency services to the Issuers of Medium Term Notes (MTN). The department is focused on the set-up and the monitoring of **structured products during their entire lifecycle. In order to support and structure our team, we are looking for a permanent Depositary Banking & Structured Products Agency Assistant Manager**.

**Closely collaborating with the Head of department, your main tasks will be to**:

- Ensure process and controls consistently conforms with agreements, regulatory framework, and industry standards;
- Supervise, monitor and improve quality and global output of the department;
- Provide** **reliable support and feedback to clients and counterparties;
- Provide expertized support and consistently communicate department’s mission;
- Identify business needs and opportunities according to client and industry feedback;
- Lead the change and promote adherence to best practices and new methods by demonstrating overall interest for the bank and department’s mission;
- Participate to the animation and support of the supervisors and team in achieving the department’s objectives;
- Represent the department’s interest within the company and outside with clients and counterparty;
- Assist and support Client’s initiatives whenever it’s possible;
- Participate in special assignments/projects relating to the business development;
- Assess/anticipate change opportunities from environment evolution;
**Job requirements**:

- Master degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Securities Issuance environment, Structured Finance, and Securities Listing process;
- Excellent knowledge of securities issuance & settlement ecosystem (players, roles, duties, regulations);
- Strong organizational skills to perform diversified tasks;
- Leadership and problem solving attitude;
- Good knowledge of regulatory framework (EMIR, MIFID, Prospectus directive, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment;
- Fluency in English is a must (French is an advantage);
- Dedication, team spirit and flexibility;
- Good technical command of Swift, Olympic, Data vendors systems. Any programming skills is an advantage;
