Job responsibilities:
To further strengthen our coverage and reach in this important market, we are looking for an Investment Professional to join the team, reporting to team lead.

Investment Professionals work closely with our Investors to provide support in all facets of daily business routine, whilst maintaining awareness of, and sensitivity to the confidential nature of Private Banking clients.
- Open and close accounts, and ensure necessary client documentation is complete. Review client documentation & updated it when necessary.
- Verify and maintain data quality as it relates to internal and external client hierarchy and account alignment
Coordinate and follow through on client requests for products and services.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

- Relationship Management skills
- Fluent English and at least additional language being French or German. Additional language skills is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight market deadlines and accuracy in executing Clients’ directed orders are a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Working in Private banking / front office role is a plus
- Previous Brokerage/Trading experience is a plus
- Knowledge of financial markets and products
