- The Deputy Manager is part of the
- **Funds Accounting teams**. He is required to perform ad hoc tasks related to the business (audit, tests, projects, controls, business improvements, clients’ relationship, etc ). He is also capable of ensuring back-up in absence of the Team Manager. He contributes to the organisation of the production planning and handles escalated queries from the fund controllers.**Your role**:
- Key contributor to FA digital evolution, test & implement technologies
- Resolve escalated issues, provide information and support to all the accountants on the team and be available to assist them as needed
- Process the NAV calculation in accordance with the production planning and in compliance with the Unit’s processes and procedures
- Analyse and address NAV exceptions. Carry out 2nd level control on NAVs calculated by other accountants
- Coach new joiners, replace the manager in case of absence, assist management on production planning
- Review and approve FX hedging and performance fees payment instructions
- Participate in technology projects implementation and testing
**Your profile**:
- Experience in funds accounting, on Multifonds
- Good knowledge of financial products and their valuation
- Knowledge of foreign currency hedging and asset pooling techniques
- Broad vision of fund administration
- Fluent in English and professional in French
- Interpersonal Skills- Rigorous and able to cope with stress
- Team player who is approachable and flexible
- Adaptability to a fast paced, consistently changing environment
- Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Sense of initiative
