**Responsibilities**
- Lead and drive the Private Banking Support team and coordinate all activities

**Main Tasks of the PBS team**
- Advise and support Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) in the preparation of account /review files in order to facilitate the related processes.
- Execute and supervise ex-ante controls with focus on internal processes and regulatory topics in line with PB blue print
- Monitor the follow-up/resolution of operational matters
- Control on-boarding files and reviews before submission to the Compliance Department
- Be in charge of the reporting on controls and follow-up of detected issues
- Report on the internal control environment and potentially arising risks or issues
- Perform additional /ad-hoc reviews and reporting as needed
- Support in enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of PB control and risk management activities
- Support PB risk assessments in coordination with the Second Line of Defense

**Professional **Competencies**
- At least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Compliance, especially KYC/AML
- Master’s degree in Law or related field
- Good understanding of the Private Banking Business
- In depth knowledge of financial instruments
- Excellent knowledge of Compliance regulations
- Good knowledge of risk management proceses and practice

- Fluent in English and French
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Confidentiality and stress resistant.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communicator and good listener
- Autonomous and accurate
