**FundPartner Solutions** provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

As **Private Assets Valuation Officer**, you will collect information and analyze, reconcile, and record the valuation of Private Equity and Real Estate funds for Net Asset Value (NAV) purposes and client reporting.

**Your role**:
Oversight Responsibilities:

- Meet financial and operational targets.
- Manage and mitigate risks.
- Contribute to the improvement of controls and procedures.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze valuations reports from Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
- Understand the key metrics driving the valuation of PE/RE funds: reconcile transactions and update commitments and valuations.
- Record and monitor fair value adjustments in clients’ portfolios.
- Handle audit queries.
- Manage valuation request from clients and partners.
- Prepare reports for the AIFM valuation committee.

**Your profile**:
**Education**:

- University degree in Finance or Economics

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Fund administration or fiduciary. Preliminary experience in the field of Private Equity. Past experience in Big 4 is an advantage.

Knowledge / technical skills:

- Knowledge of the PE / RE investment fund industry.
- Knowledge of accounting basics.
- Good Excel skills.

Soft skills:

- Team-spirit.
- Autonomous.
- Excellent interaction skills with clients.

**Language**:

- Good command in French and English
