The brand puts the user first and, since its inception, has pursued a strong innovation policy to provide the best technology at the fairest price. **Job Content**: The main purpose of the role is to: - guarantee the overall Service Quality for our Customers for Mobile and Fixed services (CS / PS / IMS / VOLTE / VoWIFI / 5G NSA > SA) - act as technical SPOC for our probing system and reporting suite allowing End-to-End service level management - manage technical test systems and alerting tools configuration - analyze technical KPIs deviations with support from other Proximus teams, build associated reporting for Management - contribute to the device testing process with the rest of the team - support technical customer complaints by advanced investigations within Proximus organization or with our partners - maintain Fixed and Mobile Networks, using fault management systems and performing initial analysis to identify the issues. Act proactively and try to identify potential incident before service impact. - manage associated incident process and reporting to Management - create procedure for troubleshooting standardization and feed “Knowledge Database” in order to bring the resolution of the issues closer from the customer - optional : participate to the On-Call service during Non-Office hours **Profile**: - Degree in Telecom network - English - experience in user support - good relation with End Customer - able to collaborate with different teams - able to report to Top Management with synthetic approach - Wireshark trace understanding **Our Offer**: A professional and stimulating working environment in IT & telecom sector.
