**Your Job**
John Zink is looking for an HR Generalist for the Dudelange offices in Luxembourg.
**What You Will Do**
- HR Advisory/Partnership :advise and support business (employees, supervisors) - from day to day questions to more strategic topics (opportunities of development for the HR Generalist)
- be perceived as a trusted partner
- Develop knowledge and support on drafting, make legal searches for Collective bargaining agreement and local HR policies.
- KPI & myHR/data analytics: turnover, absenteeism, headcounts and other mandatory reporting, data analytics using myHR, update myHR (data audits, ensure reliability of data)
- Time & Attendance: collect all information for payroll preparation, coach and orient employees and supervisors *mandatory reporting & interaction with government (ITM for overtime, social security center...), update the tool with employee changes
- HR Admin: work doctor, manage employee master file, onboarding, recruitment support...
- Trainings/Development of employees: discuss gaps in skills with supervisors, elaborate training plan (mandatory for Union) and give instructions and monitor trainings organization performed by reception to ensure compliance with local requirements (co-funding, training plan for Unions...)
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**

- Good communicator, you are passioned by people and different cultures. You strive to build trusted relationship with employees, supervisor and Union Rep.

- Very organized, you are dedicated to remove bureaucracy and optimize our HR processes to allow HR & various stakeholders to focus on what is creating the greatest value (Focus & Simplify mindset).
- Knowledge of Labor laws and HR administration (time & attendance, payroll knowledge)
- French / English mandatory. Italian or German would be a great asset.
