**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of the agreed Compliance plan within the agreed timeframes.
- Help to ensure that the Compliance Function remains on track with internal and external reporting obligations.
- Provide Business Analyst support in assessing and enhancing internal controls.
- Assist in the pro-active management of data and information requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in close collaboration with Business functions, especially when embedding compliance policies and procedures.
- Leverage technology and data to strengthen second line control and oversight, risk assessment, monitoring and reporting.
- Actively support and manage monitoring activities and corresponding dashboards, e.g. compliance trackers, incident and regulatory logs.
- Assist in the update and maintenance of Compliance risk assessments.
- Support Compliance involvement into acquisition projects, Compliance projects and other initiatives.
- Assist in the promotion of a positive compliance culture, committed to integrity, trust and ethical conduct.

**Role Requirements**:
**Hard skills**
- 3+ years working in a regulated industry, consultancy or law firm.
- Understanding of regulatory risks and prevention measures.
- Sound level of business and data analyst skills.
- Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
- Ability to gather an aggregate data from a variety a data sources.
- Ability to provide input and advice to the Compliance function and the business on process design.
- Understanding of the impact of data protection, professional secrecy and general confidentiality requirements.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office 365 including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Project Management skills are considered as an asset.
- Experience with customer support (internal / external stakeholder management).

**Soft skills**
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, understanding), any other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or German is considered as an asset.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
- Objective, analytical and lateral thinker with an eye for detail.
- Attitude for working in team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder requests with own workloads.
- Strong communication with the ability to summarize effectively.
