Our client is a well-established firm operating in the corporate services / financial services sector in Luxembourg. The company has been active for over two decades, providing a broad suite of services including company formation, domiciliation, accounting, reporting, and compliance for non-regulated entities. **Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate - Law - Legal - Regulatory - CoSec - Finance**
- You will manage **company incorporation** processes, including drafting and signing necessary documents, preparing share registers, coordinating bank account openings, performing UBO filings, and maintaining checklists for start-ups.
- You will handle **annual account procedures**: gathering statutory documents, coordinating board/shareholder approvals, liaising with auditors where necessary, and ensuring timely filing with the Luxembourg RCS.
- You will prepare and maintain **service agreements** and relevant corporate documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- You will assist in internal **process improvements**, contributing ideas to streamline workflows, documentation, and reporting.

- You have **at least 2 years** of relevant experience in corporate services, accounting, company secretarial work or a related field.
- You are fluent in written and spoken **English**.
- You are familiar with Luxembourg **corporate** **law** and with basic accounting / financial reporting practices.
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in law, a master’s degree would be ideal.
- You are **motivated**, **rigorous**, **ethically minded**, **curious**, with strong attention to detail.
- You are **autonomous**, able to manage your own workload and priorities, but also a great **team player**, able to communicate clearly and collaborate.
