Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking a **Business development Associate (M/F)**, to start **ASAP** and to support the business development activities of the **European Institutions and Sustainability desk** within the Advisory department.

**Main responsibilites**:

- Assist Advisory leaders on contract proposals, negotiations and communication to win new contracts and retaining clients;
- Develop existing and potential client relationships (account management, organise pre-sales calls) while keeping the database up to date;
- Assist in commercial administrative duties such as weekly internal sales meetings or webinar/ vents organization;
- Support the Business Advisory leaders in coordinating of business development activities for different business lines and client’s types, such as: European Institutions, International financial entities, Public sector institutions etc

**Main requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or Marketing
- Native speaker or native level in English and French
- 2-3 year of experience in proposals and tenders’ preparation
- Good knowledge of Power Point presentations, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Open-minded, adaptability with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude;
- Sales and contact oriented, proactivity and problem-solver.
