In order to strengthen our Asset & Liability Management Department in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Junior ALM Analyst under a 1-year short term contract.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Maintain and upgrade the Bank’s asset & liability portfolio (incl. volume and structure analysis module, IRRBB management module, FX risk management module and FTP module);
- Take charge of date collecting, cleaning, mining and displaying of original transaction information by institutions, currencies, products and tenors for ALM purpose;
- Develop tools on basis of ALM model of the Bank (incl. duration analysis, optimization of asset and liability structure, etc.) to improve the level of ALM;
- Implement liquidity and IRRBB management accordingly, including daily liquidity risk reports and other internal management reports;
- Complete economic capital reports and forecast the quarterly economic capital in collaboration with the Head Office of the Bank;
- Other tasks assigned by the Head or Deputy Head in the framework of ALM. Your profile:
- Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory;
- Junior with at least a relevant internship, a graduate program or a first experience in Finance;
- Good knowledge of the banking industry and financial market;
- Ability to analyse;
- Good skills on VBA, SQL and MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint);
- Customer (incl. good negotiation skills) and results oriented;
- Self-driven, proactive with the sense of discretion and confidentiality;
- Team player
