**Support Officer - National Funding (M/F)**

One of Luxinnovation’s activities is to advise companies engaging in research, development and innovation projects, in particular with regards to accessing State aids in the form of national funding.

**Responsibilities**

Project support:

- Play a crucial role in enhancing our responsiveness, engagement and project-related company interactions
- Work together with our national funding advisors to answer more complex inquiries
- Act as a liaison between companies and internal or external teams when relevant, thereby supporting and positively influencing project-related client relationships
- Contribute to the planning, organisation, coordination and execution of the team’s projects and events

Administrative assistance:

- Provide comprehensive support as needed and adapt and contribute to the evolving needs with flexibility and enthusiasm
- Efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information
- Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other internal business records
- Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with the advisors of the National Funding team, and liaise with other teams and departments
- Assist the team in generating insightful reports on KPIs and activities

**Skills and qualifications**
- You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree, preferably from a business administration school or university or in the secretarial field
- You show strong interest in innovation and technologies, and you are passionate about serving companies
- You have a strong interpersonal and customer orientation
- You can demonstrate organisational skills and the ability to handle various matters, contacts and deadlines in a timely and coordinated manner
- A good understanding of Luxembourg’s business, academic and institutional ecosystem is an asset
- You are a fast learner and able and willing to acquire knowledge on a variety of projects and technologies
- You are dynamic and agile, and have a professional approach as well as the ability to work in a team
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish are considered as strong assets.
