**Description du poste**:

- **Assistant to the Real Estate fund manager in the daily tasks, which involves among others**:

- Supervision of internal and external stakeholders;
- Support in financing and structuring analysis;
- Participation in production of financial reports and review of assets valuation (appraisers, investors, management committee, ) and corporate governance;
- Calculation of key performance indicators, covenants and AML/KYC checks;
- **Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Controller in the daily tasks, in supporting and participating in periodic financial controls, external audit coordination and budget planning;**:

- **Assistant to the Internal Valuator on both RE and PE/PD products;**:

- **Assistant to the Real Assets fund structuring unit;**:

- **Participation in the evolution of management, control tools and market researches.**

- Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance
- Languages: fluent in English, good level in French, German or Italian could be a plus;

- Qualities required: organization and planning skills, rigor, proactivity, sense of initiative, flexibility, good analytical skills and synthesis, ability to anticipate and react quickly, adaptability.
