**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
The Senior Finance Control Analyst is responsible for assisting the Finance organization in enhancing the Finance and Actuarial (F&A) risk control framework and maintaining processes/procedures.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Challenging Finance & Actuarial teams in order to improve processes, optimize controls and increase value-added to the business
- Overseeing the governance of updating all Financial and Actuarial policies and internal control procedures within the Management and Accounting Policy and Procedures
- Analysing F&A policies and procedures and their effectiveness towards achieving management and internal control objectives and ensure that such policies/procedures and internal controls are in compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements
- Reviewing control processes, producing reports/memos outlining findings, explaining risk positions and proposing improvements on the F&A risk management and control framework
- Developing/collating F&A KPI’s that assist in the control/monitoring process
- Supporting the End User Computing efforts of F&A Assisting the Head of Innovation and Control on all processes around monitoring of Finance projects

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Senior Finance Control Analyst?
- University degree (Bac+4) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- At least 4 years of experience in an auditing firm, or insurance/banking in finance or risk areas
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team with a result-driven attitude
- Proactive and communicative with an ability to take initiative and assume responsibility
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized
- Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment Fluent in English; fluency in French would be an asset
