**About the FLT**:
The Luxembourg Tennis Federation (FLT), founded in 1946, currently brings together 53 clubs and approximately 13,000 licensed players, making it one of the largest sports federations in Luxembourg. With the recent integration of padel and pickleball, the FLT now operates across three sporting disciplines.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader ready to develop and strengthen tennis in Luxembourg sustainably. As the Executive Director, you will play a key role within the federation, working closely with the Board of Directors, the Sports Director, and other stakeholders to achieve strategic and organizational objectives.

**Your Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will lay the foundation for combining high-level sports performance with the social values of tennis. While the Sports Director focuses on the content and development of sports programs, you will ensure efficient management of organizational, financial, and infrastructure aspects.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing operational and administrative processes within the federation, including the change of legal status.
- Managing and motivating the FLT team to foster a high-performing environment.
- Developing sustainable financing strategies to ensure long-term growth.
- Supervising and implementing projects to promote tennis, padel, and pickleball.
- Coordinating communication and collaboration between clubs, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Promoting transparent and trust-based collaboration within the federation.
- Representing the FLT at both national and international levels.

**Your Profile**:
We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong management skills.

**You have**:

- A degree in Business Management, Sports Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Significant management experience, ideally within sports organizations, associations, or nonprofit entities.
- A strong ability to manage complex projects and develop sustainable structures.
- Financial management skills and leadership experience.
- The ability to unite and motivate teams towards shared objectives.
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: Luxembourgish, German, French, and English.
