**Your mission**
- One of the main focus of your tasks are the independent coordination, the accomplishment of all organizational and administrative activities.
- You ensure smooth organization in the office incl. the organization and processing of mails, archiving and filing (e.g. of contracts).
- You are our point of entry for external suppliers and service providers and take over the internal ordering process.
- In addition, you will be responsible for organizing internal and external meetings, video calls and telephone conferences
- You will also be supporting your colleagues in scheduling and booking business trips.
- You are part of our team in Luxembourg, but also of our Office Management team in Frankfurt, who will support you if needed
- For any office related topics (lease agreement, repairs, changes etc.) you will be the main contact and liaise regularly with our landlord and his assistant
- You will also assist HR in the onboarding or offboarding of employees
**Your profile**
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant professional experience
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, diligence
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- Well-groomed manners as well as a sympathetic, friendly and confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. German would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Confident in using the Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge of Excel an advantage
- Independent, very structured, responsible way of working as well as hands-on mentality
