**Your tasks**:

- Company Strategy; support organization in strategy development and deployment through the individual functional teams, including KPI tracking.
- Organize and manage annual strategy review process.
- Manage global PMO (Project Management Office) process including progress tracking of all non-sales/product related projects.
- Project Management for some selected cross-functional and strategic projects working with both internal and external resources. This would include business case development and evaluation of different options available.

**Your qualification**:

- Degree in Management Strategy or comparable other degrees
- At least 5 years of work in Consulting with focus on Manufacturing Companies, including Automotive Industry or in Automotive Industry with focus on Project Management and Transformation
- Finance acumen and Cost management
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures
- Project management skills
