Our client, a **service provider** is looking for a **Senior Legal Officer** who speaks German for his Luxembourgish office. They have **prestigious clients**, especially soparfi, major institutional and family offices.

They provide excellent services to their clients: accounting, legal, compliance, liquidations, or family offices.

They are in Luxembourg city, you could go to work by bus, which stops in front of the office. You would avoid the stress to park your car in the city center.

**Your responsibilities**
- On-boarding of new clients including all compliance work on new parties/clients and assist with offer letters
- Handle the incorporation of new companies and compartments
- Handle the activation of new transactions in compartments and new companies
- Prepare operating memorandum on structure and required activities for the new entities/compartments
- Handle legal events such as migration of entities, re-structuring of entities, capital increase/decrease etc.
- Liquidation of non-empty companies (three-step)
- Drafting of extra-ordinary shareholders meetings and other board meetings and preparation of board packs in case of physical meeting
- Review of any other legal document (contract, power of attorney, notice etc.)

**Your profile**
- You are **fluent German and English**. French or Spanish would be considered as an asset
- You have **at least a Bachelor degree in law**:

- You have at least **3 years of experience in Luxembourg in similar function**, in a service provider, a ManCo or a law firm
- You are autonomous but you like to work with and for a team
