**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing legal assessments or reports related to the different regulatory areas for TMF Group clients and taking care of any linked filing obligations
- Providing assistance to the direct client servicing teams (handling the day-to-day client work) with their regulatory questions and requests
- Monitoring incoming requests of the client servicing teams and planning workload based on risk and acuteness, including some delegation to junior staff, and performing (initial) reviews of junior work where required
- Being involved in the local implementation of new regulations in the Lux office including via providing general trainings to the client servicing teams
- Acting as the local point of contact for international regulatory projects involving other TMF offices in several different jurisdictions
- Review and assess relevant legal documentation/advice from third parties
- Taking responsibility for delivering excellence in customer service
- Being involved in finding new business opportunities

**Key Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Law, (International) Tax or in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in DAC6/MDR and FATCA/CRS, at least one of them on an in-depth level [additional regulatory/tax competencies welcome]
- Knowledge of the EU regulatory framework and of international corporate (tax) structures
- Ability to work both independently and as part of an (international) team
- Excellent communication skills in English [other languages are a plus]
