**What is the Post-Trading Graduate Trainee Programme about?**

As a Post-Trading Graduate Trainee, you will explore the different aspects of post-trading, focusing either on our securities services area or fund services area. The programme allows you to rotate in three different teams within your chosen focus area, ensuring that you get insights into various perspectives. You will be part of the business right from the beginning and have the chance to contribute to different business processes and stakeholder management and will have your own projects and responsibility.

Based on your interest, you will have the opportunity to choose which of the two areas we offer within post-trading you would like to work in.

We are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic trainees to join our team in two key areas: Funds Services and Securities Services. Based on your interest, you will have the opportunity to choose which of the two areas within post-trading you would like to work in.

**Clearstream Fund Services Area**

As a Graduate Trainee in this area, you will help ensure smooth operation of the fund ecosystem, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the administration and processing of investment funds. You will have the opportunity to rotate in departments focusing on Finance, Product Management & Strategy.

**Securities Services**

As a Graduate Trainee in this area, you will help ensure the smooth operation of securities settlement and custody, gaining a comprehensive understanding of post-trading processes. You will have the chance to rotate in departments focusing on Strategy, Collateral Lending and Liquidity Solutions and New Digital Markets.

**Do I qualify?**
- You finished university (Master’s degree) in relevant majors such as business administration, finance, economics or financial mathematics with distinction.
- You are open-minded, a good team player but also be able to work independently.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, think critically and you like to solve problems.
- You have a technical affinity, passion for information technology and a desire to learn new things in a fast-paced environment using the latest technologies.
- You have already gained theoretical and practical knowledge regarding relevance and functioning of capital markets as well as in-depth understanding of business principles and processes.
- You are eager to contribute actively to the company’s goals and bring in a proactive mindset.
- Ideally, you’ve already gained international exposure, e.g., during your studies or internships.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Additional languages especially German or French are a big plus.
