**Senior Payroll Officer - Your responsibilities**:
- Independently manage a portfolio of commercial companies, overseeing all aspects of payroll administration and related processes
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle staff management tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify payroll data, resolve issues, and address any discrepancies.
- Handle social secretariat tasks, including managing social security contributions, benefits, and related administrative duties.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities, as required.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
**Senior Payroll Officer - Your profile**:

- Minimum **of 3 years of experience** as a Payroll Officer in a fiduciary or similar
- Fluent in** French and English**:
- Proficiency in German is highly desired, but not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll **APSAL software**:
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
