As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of the action, working hand in hand with our Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our point of sale. Your responsibilities will be diverse and stimulating:

- Collaborate closely with the Manager and take over in their absence.
- Effectively manage all activities of the point of sale, from administrative tasks to executive aspects.
- Ensure impeccable accounting, overseeing cash flows, receipts, and more, thus meeting the Manager's operational requirements.
- Master our range of services and products to provide our customers with an exceptional experience.
- Contribute to the development of work schedules for optimal organization.
- Participate in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional initiatives to boost our business performance.
- Provide leadership as a front-of-house manager to ensure operational excellence.

Do you have at least 3 years of experience, impeccable organization, and a natural sense of interpersonal skills? Are you also known for your teamwork and diplomacy, while being rigorous and creative in your approach?

By joining our team, you will benefit from a permanent contract with a full-time schedule of 40 hours.
