**The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing high quality services to employees and management in all areas of Human Resources. It ensures that all HR services, relevant policies and systems in place are aligned with the Bank’s values, strategy and mission.**

**In order to support our HR Administration team, we are looking for an experienced staff member to deliver an excellent and proactive internal service to all stakeholders.**

**You will join a small team of HR professionals making sure that all HR related topics are handled properly and always on time.**

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Support general HR Administrative tasks in the frame of the Luxembourg law, the Collective Bargaining Agreement for bank employees and the internal procedures and processes of the Bank (management of files for new joiners and leavers, various staff movements and events, professional, various benefits, etc)
- Handle requests for residence and work permits for local staff and expatriates
- Provide precise and detailed reports and statistics
- Support the administration of working time and absences within the Bank and get used to the Bank’s time registration system
- Work closely with the other HR team members

**Job requirements**:

- Prior experience in an HR Administration role preferably in the financial sector
- Higher studies ideally in Human Resources
- Administrative attitude with a natural tendency to focus on details with accuracy
- Very good knowledge on Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook )
- English and French fluent
- Excellent writing skills
- Very high level of confidentiality
- Professional attitude in general with good organization skills and ability to manage priorities
- Be client focused with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Willing to integrate in an existing team
