- Are you a motivated self-starter ready for a diverse challenge? Can you take an assignment and run with it? If you’re ready to dive into a fast-paced, client-focused work environment around the onboarding of new clients, this internship is the right fit for you. We’re looking for someone to:

- Be part of the Asset Servicing Client Onboarding Team which takes care of regulated and unregulated fund structures, custody services and related activities
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge on the Luxembourg fund business, the 3rd parties involved, and the role played by UBS departments in those structures
- Assist in the organisation, co-ordination, and management of the weekly client onboarding meetings
- Support the Asset Servicing Client Onboarding Managers in managing and resolution of client requests
- Participate to project calls with internal and external clients where need might be
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective resolution of queries

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing department which is managing and servicing clients seeking financial solutions via investment fund structures. As a result, the department offers a wide range of fund services to its clients including fund administration, custody, domiciliation, registration, transfer and paying agent services.

**Your expertise**
- You have:

- A Bachelor or are in a final stage of obtaining a Master/Bachelor degree in Economics
- Strong attention to details
- Analytical focus
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Comfort to speak and write English, other languages are considered as additional assets
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF
- School's agreement covering the whole period of an internship (9 to 12 months) is obligatory
