Job Description:
Treasury Analyst
We are recruiting for a Treasury Analyst to join our EAME Treasury team based in Luxemburg. This position is full time and reports to the Senior Treasury Manager.
Our EAME team is not only responsible for the region’s treasury operations, but also is tasked with certain centralized activities. As a Treasury Analyst, you will work on optimizing our banking structure, manage our global intercompany settlement and cash pooling processes, prepare reports on our securitization facilities, and assist in currency hedging. You will learn to use Kyriba, our Treasury Management System, and SAP, our ERP system in your day-to-day job.
In addition, you will also provide support in daily payments, cash forecast, borrowing and repayment of our debt, and other treasury activities.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage our bank accounts in EAME. This includes updating bank mandates, opening and closing bank accounts, tracking bank fees.
- Manage the monthly intercompany settlement process.
- Download and review daily cash pool transactions.
- Consolidate daily cash forecast globally.
- Enter payments on our bank portal on a daily basis.
- Compile securitization reporting and cash forecasting.
- Manage and track borrowing and payment notices.
- Support ad hoc tasks as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in finance or economics or relevant business degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Treasury operations.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to effectively interact with various internal and external parties at various levels.
- Flexible, Team player and can-do/positive attitude.
- Details oriented and analytical. Solid problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance.
- Fluency in English (oral and written). IT savvy.
