**Your Responsibilities **|** PFS - Fiduciary - Corporate - Management**
- You will handle your own client portfolio (SPV, Holding, PE-RE, SOPARFIs) in **full autonomy**.
- As a manager, you will have to supervise and review your collaborators’ work, including the establishment of a clear and transparent communication within the team and also with others departments of the PFS.
- You will be in charge of drafting contracts and other legal documentation as one of your daily missions.
- The preparation, coordination and participation to the board meetings, such as an Annual General Meeting, will be part of your role as a Manager Corporate.
- You will advise your clients in their documentation of corporate issues (e.g. change of name, capital increase or modification, change of seat )
- You will be the principal point of contact between your department and banks, clients or lawyers.

**Profile and Career Path **|** PFS - Fiduciary - Corporate - Management**
- You have at least **7 years’ experience** in a similar Luxembourgish structure, with ideally a previous experience in a management position.
- A complete command in **English** is required for this role given that the PFS is a fully English-speaking structure. Any other language will be considered as an asset.
- You are willing to help and your **teaching ability** will allow your team members to gain competencies and work autonomy.
- You consider yourself as a communicative person, which will allow you to manage with peace and calm.

- A competitive salary of up to **€85,000 gross per annum** will be provided by this PFS, depending on your experience and profile, as well as the possibility to have a **leasing**, a **generous annual bonus** allowing you to earn a thirteenth or even fourteenth month and health insurance
