As CFO and a member of the Executive Committee, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy and maintaining financial strength in a complex and evolving global market.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

Financial Strategy & Leadership_**:
- Define and implement the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s long term objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting activities, and performance analysis.
- Manage and optimize financial resources to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Accounting, Tax, and Regulatory Compliance_**:
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in a complex international environment.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.

Controlling & Performance Optimization_**:
- Support business development and transformation with robust financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Develop and execute financial controls.
- Optimize cost structures and improve business profitability.
- Manage cash flow and mitigate financial risks.

People Leadership & Transformation_**:
- Lead and develop an international finance team through a period of cultural and organizational transformation.
- Build future-ready finance capabilities by investing in talent development and modernizing and securing core processes and tools.

Executive Committee Participation_**:
- Act as a transformation sponsor within the executive team, actively contributing to the company’s broader change agenda.
- Actively contribute to strategic decisions and corporate vision.
- Work closely with other Executive Committee members (CEO, COO, CSO, etc.) to drive business transformation and expansion.
**Profile & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a CFO or senior finance executive in the insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of insurance accounting standards, capital adequacy framework and actuarial principles.
- Strong expertise in financial management, controlling, taxation, and international regulations.
- Experience in the IPMI or global health insurance industry is a clear plus.
- Ability to navigate a complex, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Strong leadership, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
