By joining us as a **Senior SQL DBA**, you will be responsible for administering and monitoring data management systems, ensuring their design, consistency, quality, and security

**As a Senior SQL DBA you will**:

- Use standard methods and tools to measure and report on key performance indicators, such as response time, availability, safety, and integrity.
- Create clear procedures and instructions for data sets to assist analysts and administrators.
- Monitor and maintain data management systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Safeguard the integrity and security of existing data management systems.
- Identify and resolve any issues or incidents related to data management systems.
- Provide training, support, and guidance on data-related topics to colleagues working with information systems.

**Qualifications**:
**What would make you a fit for the role**:

- University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of (R)DBMS systems design and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL or MySQL administration.
- Familiarity with cluster administration on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Knowledge of network storage solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of English.

**It would also be a plus if you match some of the following**:

- Administering a SQL Database Infrastructure certification.
- Microsoft Certification: Azure Database Administrator Associate.
- Administering Microsoft SQL Server certification.
- MongoDB Professional Certification.
- Certifications or expertise in any other data store platform technologies.
