Our client is an **international law firm**, which has been active in the Luxembourg market for several years.

With a **strong specialisation in investment funds**, they are actively looking for an **Investment Funds Lawyer** to join their team.

As they are growing and fully developing their business, they are in need of **reinforcements**. You will be joining a small team, so your skills will improve rapidly, and you will be able to take on much more complex cases.

Investment Fund Lawyer - Your Responsibilities
- You will liaise with the different entities and be the contact person for your clients
- You will provide advice on the transactions and set up of funds
- You will advise clients on the entire value chain of investment funds, including the structuring, regulated and unregulated vehicles
- You will be in contact with the CSSF and negotiate the different agreements
- You will draft contract relating to different funds businesses

Investment Fund Lawyer - Your Profile
- You have a Master's degree in law
- You have at least 4 years' experience in investment funds (UCITS and AIFs)
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German will be a major asset
- You are a team player, dynamic and able to work under pressure
