**YOUR MAIN ROLE**:

- **Reporting Activities**: Manage and update data for various reports, including PRIIPS and Factsheets. Oversee the legal aspects of financial communications, such as client website reviews, financial products documents, and related materials.
- ** Support Investment Fund Distribution Services**: Assist the distribution teams of both the Asset and Management Company with the production and release of documents as part of their respective activities.
- ** Collaborate with stakeholders**: Work closely with clients, third parties, and other teams to ensure smooth day-to-day management of reporting, communication activities, and data management related to financial products, such as Funds.

**YOUR AUXILIARY ROLE**:
Your role will also include, though to a lesser extent:

- Creation and updating of sales support & marketing materials such as pitch book, newsletters, etc.
- Management of Pure Capital’s website, including updates, creation, and implementation of its SEO strategy.
- Management of Pure Capital’s social media presence.
- Development and implementation of Pure Capital’s community management strategy.
- Management and coordination of press relations.
- Communication management, both internal and external.
- Management of external events, including the organization of seminars or events.
- Content creation and coordination.
- Assistance with various ancillary projects, as required.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or marketing & communication.
- Prior experience is an advantage, especially in the financial services / banking sectors.
- Fluency in English and French is required - other languages are considered as an advantage.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong team player working in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with great organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously are real assets.
