Then support our young Talent & Performance team and actively shape the future of our organization- PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT - TALENT & PERFORMANCE (W/M/X)- CERATIZIT COMO - ALSERIO, ITALIA- TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES- .- Development, implementation and support of processes and guidelines for all People Development-related topics in the area of Talent & Performance.- .- What does that mean? As a team we will..- .. shape our new holistic global Performance Management Process (e.g. feedback dialogues, performance appraisals, goal setting)
- ... support and consult our HR colleagues at the different sites in all Talent & Performance related topics
- design and implement a global talent strategy including succession management, high potential identification, knowledge management and skill & competence management
- collaborate closely with our Learning & Development colleagues regarding the development and implementation of new development programs such as Mentoring
- PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS- You are holding a degree in Psychology, Business Psychology,Economics and Business Administration with focus on Human Resources, Organizational Development, or similar
- You already gathered some years of experience in the field of organizational or people development, ideally in an international and industrial environment
- You are communicative, ambitious, flexible and ready to work in an international environment in a remote team
- Ideally you already have experience with Workday
- You are fluent in English, Italian and Spanish are a plus
