**The Opportunity.**
Meraki Talent is helping a leading firm in Luxembourg to recruit a senior Manager in transfer pricing. Transfer Pricing practice is rapidly expanding, and we are searching for individuals who are willing to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

**Location**
Investigate transfer pricing potential in Luxembourg while managing an international client portfolio. Lead complex policies that are aligned with business objectives, provide technical advice, and cultivate client relationships. Globally collaborate inside the big 4 firm, contribute to service evolution in the midst of digital change, and participate in training, conferences, and industry events. Ideal for tax professionals looking for a challenging career in a fast-paced international environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee a range of transfer pricing services, including documentation, planning, advance pricing agreements, and valuation exercises.
- Advise clients on technical transfer pricing issues, with team management and business development responsibilities.
- Lead the review and management of complex transfer pricing policies, aligning them with client strategic objectives for a diverse international clientele.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, nurturing and managing client relationships.
- Collaborate with big 4 departments in Luxembourg and globally.
- Contribute to the evolution of service offerings and tools in response to digital business transformation.
- Provide in-house and external training, participate in conferences, and engage in industry-related events.
- Potentially join working groups of business associations to address topical transfer pricing issues.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree in either economics or law, or 6-10 years of comparable experience (in a financial institution, bank, legal firm, or accounting firm).
- You value autonomy and a strong desire to learn new things.
- You are an excellent team player with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Your command of the English language, combined with knowledge of French or German, demonstrates your superior communication and linguistic skills.
