Pour notre département _Corporate Com., Media & Public Relations_** **au sein de **LuxairGroup**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Communication Specialist (M/F)_**

**_Missions :_**
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de communication et gérer la forme et le contenu du site internet en collaboration avec les départements afin d’atteindre leurs objectifs
- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie et le plan d’action des médias digitaux ainsi que du site internet corporate afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés par l’ensemble des départements concernés
- Traiter les demandes de renseignement et les doléances de la presse, du grand public et d’autres organisations apparentées
- Développer une grande variété de moyens de communication ainsi que le contenu des différents supports de communication de manière pertinente dans le respect du budget lié à l’action concernée
- Conceptualiser et organiser les campagnes de presse et de publicité entreprise ainsi que l’ensemble des activités de relation publique.
- Conseiller les différents départements de l’entreprise pour les actions de communication en termes de budget, de délais et de réponse aux objectifs visés
- Mesurer les résultats des différentes actions et émettre des recommandations dans le but d’améliorer l’efficacité des outils et moyens de communication
- Faire preuve d’une grande flexibilité et rester disponible les week-ends et jours fériés en cas de besoin.

**_Profil requis:_**

**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Etre détenteur d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en communication, relation presse, journalisme ou digital media et/ou une expérience professionnelle confirmée dans l’un de ces domaines
- Avoir une experience de 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Avoir une expérience en gestion de projets
- Etre capable de collaborer étroitement avec les différents collaborateurs internes et externes
- Avoir une présentation soignée
- Maitriser parfaitement le français, l’anglais et l’allemand (parlé et écrit)
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques courants ainsi que les outils de communication digitale
- Accepter de partir en Duty Travel
- Avoir de grandes capacités rédactionnelles et avoir une relecture précise des documents
- Savoir travailler d’une manière autonome et en équipe
- Etre force de proposition
- Avoir une forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et être rigoureux
- Etre créatif et bénéficier d’une large ouverture d’esprit
- Avoir le sens de la diplomatie et un excellent niveau relationnel

- Avoir de bonnes connaissances en luxembourgeois
- Maîtriser les programmes et procédures spécifiques du département et de la société

- Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout majeur à ce poste
